Face to Face (FTF) and Central Location Interviewing (CLT)

Our personal interviewing team comprises over 600 AS4752 trained interviewers, with national coverage, including state capitals and most major regional centres. This operational structure is led by a team of field management specialists and other staff supporting all aspects of a professional data collection operation.

I-view offers a range of face to face services including door to door, shopping centre, central location intercept and centralised testing capabilities. We also specialise in Mystery Shopping, and Audit and Observational studies.

All interviewers are personally briefed by field staff, focusing on data quality and response maximisation issues. All work is edited and logic checked by qualified, experienced Supervisors.

Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) and
Computer Assisted Mobile Interviewing (CAMI)

I-view offers CAPI [Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing] or CAMI [Computer Assisted Mobile Interviewing] capability with hand held data entry devices used to collect data. Using XDA and Web Browser software the need for data entry is removed. Complex routing, rotations and quota counts are computer controlled ensuring 100% accuracy in data.
