Australian Standards Accreditation

I-view Pty Ltd (formerly owned by NCS Pearson, and previously NCS Australasia and Wells Research Services) is a founding member of the Interviewer Quality Control Australia (IQCA) scheme and was one of the first companies to become IQCA accredited across all areas of activity.

I-view is now accredited to the new Australian Market and Social Research Standard, AS4752.

I-view is AS4752 accredited for door-to-door interviewing, central location interviewing, telephone interviewing, on line and panel interviewing, audit and observational studies and recruitment for qualitative research.

The company’s focus is to continuously improve all aspects of its service offer. Each individual project is measured against relevant Key Performance Indicators.

We are an active member of the Association of Market and Social Research Organisations (AMSRO) and all executives are members of the Australian Market and Social Research Society. As such, all are bound by the ICC / ESOMAR code of ethics and professional practice.

ISO Accreditation

On October 1 2003, NCS Pearson Pty Ltd sold its market research department to Ipsos S.A. to form I-view Pty Ltd. At that time, NCS Pearson was an ISO 9002 certified company. The accreditation covered all locations and business streams, including the market research activities. The accreditation was obtained in 1996 and the requirements for accreditation were fulfilled each year since. We are currently undertaking the evaluation processes to seek accreditation to the new ISO 20252 Market, Opinion and Social Research Standard, and this will be completed in 2007.
